Behind the Mic: Why Your Story Matters
I recently had the privilege of sitting down with Jay Scherr on WNZF’s Business Minds Coffee Chat.
Our conversation was not just about work, it was about something much bigger.
We talked about family. We discussed lessons my grandparents and parents instilled in me like their commitment to community and the belief that giving back is not just something you do, it is who you are. Growing up in a family that valued service shaped the way I see the world and the way I choose to lead my life today.
We also talked about Service Above Self, a core principle of Rotary that has guided so much of my journey. Whether through my work, my involvement in Rotary, or the projects I help bring to life, I believe in using my voice to lift others up.
And, we talked about was finding your voice and sharing your story your story isn’t done yet. We all have a story worth telling, and we all have the power to make an impact. Sharing your journey, your experiences, and your lessons can inspire someone else in ways you may never realize.
A huge thank you to Jay and the team at WNZF for the opportunity to have this conversation.
If you haven’t listened yet, check it out on the Flagler Broadcasting website and also watch the behind-the-scenes video interview here. Then, go share your own story because it matters.
